A relaxed one-to-one consultation with Drew to discuss your hair, colour history, goals and the result you’d like to achieve.

For colour appointments, this is also where we can complete your required skin test and make sure your hair is suitable for the service you’re considering.

Your consultation includes:

• A detailed discussion about your hair and colour history

• Your desired colour, tone and overall look

• Advice on the most suitable service for your hair

• A personalised colour plan

• Skin test where required

• An opportunity to ask any questions before booking your colour appointment

Please note: A consultation and valid skin test may be required before certain colour services. A skin test must be completed at least 48 hours before your colour appointment where required.

This is Drew’s most in-depth colour service and the recommended starting point for new clients.

Designed to create bespoke, low-maintenance colour with seamless dimension and a soft, beautiful grow-out.

Choose this if you:

• Are new to the salon

• Want a noticeable change

• Have grown-out or uneven colour

• Are unsure which colour service you need

• Want to create the perfect foundation for future maintenance

The service can include pre-lighting, lowlights, bond protection and multi-zone glossing where required.

Typical frequency: 1–2 times per year.

A premium lived-in balayage designed to enhance your natural colour with seamless blending and beautiful, sun-kissed dimension.

Bespoke placement, pre-lighting, lowlights, bond protection and multi-zone glossing are included where required.

Choose this if you:

• Already love lived-in colour

• Want extra refinement and dimension

• Prefer soft, seamless blending

• Want a polished, low-maintenance finish

Typical frequency: Every 3–6 months.

Tailored to your hair length and thickness.

Created for existing clients maintaining a previous lived-in colour, this service refreshes softness, tone and dimension without the need for a full transformation.

Choose this if you:

• Have already had a lived-in colour appointment with Drew

• Love your existing colour but need it refreshed

• Want to maintain rather than transform

• Want to keep your balayage looking fresh between larger appointments

Pre-lighting, lowlights, bond treatment and multi-zone glossing may be included where required.

Typical frequency: Every 3–4 months.
